Cervical Cancer

Cervical cancer can often be found early, and sometimes even prevented, by having regular screening tests. If detected early, cervical cancer is one of the most successfully treatable cancers. In the US during 2023, there are predicted 13,960 new cases of cervical cancer in the USA, and 4,310 deaths. The Pap test has decreased the deaths from cervical cancer over the years. The average age of getting cervical cancer for women is 50 years.
